2023 Pond King Pond King Sport

The Sport was our very first design and it's still a favorite today. Like all the boats we build, the Sport’s all-aluminum design is incredibly easy to maintain so you don't need to spend time tarping or storing your pontoon boat. The decking materials are powder-coated aluminum with stainless steel hardware, so no worries about sun rot or rust. And with a 51-square foot platform, you can stand up and move around the deck as much as you like. Stable and easy to maintain, the Pond King Sport is the ideal two-man fishing boat to leave down at the pond.

• With a deck that is six feet wide and over eight feet long, you’ll barely notice it when your fishing buddy gets up and moves around on this boat. And you’ll both be comfortable, sitting up on swivel, pedestal seats which allow you to move around easily to keep your line square to the fish on its end. • Simplicity is a good word to describe the design of the Sport. The all aluminum pontoons are welded, the frame is welded, and the pontoons are welded to the frame. Nothing needs greasing and there are no rivets or joints that are going to work loose over time. We kept the standard features simple, too; 2 standard rod holders and 2 off-deck battery trays. The boat is maintenance free, but we do recommend you remove the seats and motor and store those somewhere out of the weather if you aren’t going to be using them for a while. Otherwise, this boat can sit out on the water - just waiting for you.

Get to those hard to reach places

• Ever feel like the fish are hiding out in exactly the spots you can’t get to in your boat? Well, that’s not going to be the case in the Sport. With pontoons that are 12-feet long and 16-inches in diameter, this boat drafts only about 8 to 10 inches. And at its relatively small size, the Sport is incredibly maneuverable. The fish will find it hard to hide from you and your Sport.
